Interstate Commerce used to have clout...sooner or later with all these urine contests between the state and Feds...this was going to come to a head...I'll be happy to grab the popcorn and watch to see how this one irons out. With all the rail to barge or ship proposals that had been flying around the PNW, if ONE of them passes thru on the wings of Interstate Commerce, it might set the precedent for other products.
