I was just contacted by a friend back east about that head on a few week ago in Kentucky. The NS is bringing a law suit against the Engineer & Conductor???

The last time a carrier tried this was a major PR mistake and back fired for the UP & BNSF. It was a wreck at Kelso in the 90s that started all this PTC stuff. They even tried to sue a dead crew members wife.

I looked over on TO and didn't see anything. Anybody out there know anything?
