My buddy who owns a contracting company bid on the MH a few years ago. He walked from the bid and IPH got it. My buddy has told me a dozen times that NOT getting the MH was the best blessing he has ever had. The market crashed right after they bid on it and it has never been what it was. However, that said, I have ridden it and the foundation for a great line and attraction is there. Think about it; The Gorge, the people near by, the other attractions, the park at the end of the line, Mt Hood city itself...pieces are all there. Needs the right leadership and direction.
