Traffic levels on the Permanente Branch?

What are the traffic levels on the Permanente Branch these days? How many trains run per week? Has there ever been thought of turning the branch into a commuter line again? Looking at buying a house that butts up to the ROW near Congress Springs. Any and all info would be greatly appreciated.
