The Mt Hood Railroad is not currently running passenger operations. I had tickets to ride it in April and they contacted me that they were canceling all passenger operations until June due to an extreme matainence project. They were very nice about it and refunded my money so I have no complaints except that my wife and I were disappointed we could not ride. It's good to hear that there are other tourist lines looking into acquiring it. I still am looking forward to riding it someday.
