RM3 has too muchfor highways, not enoughfor transit, and as it will be doled out by MTC the amount squandered as bakshysh will be yuge. I am torn because I favor high bridge tolls although I would charge NOTHING during hours when there is no transit alternative, but I don't trust MTC--look at their current office Taj Mahal on which they wasted over 250 million on upgrades/repairs.
