I'm curious. What makes you think that this in anyway makes my life "more enjoyable?" Union Pacific stopped sending me paychecks in 2013, so what they do, or don't do, is of absolutely no concern to me.
But to answer your question, the video that a third party shot of the interview is hilarious. It's no wonder it's not what the tv station ultimately broadcast (which someone kindly linked above). But to each his own, as the old saying goes.
