I spent the past 6 weeks making frequent trips through Centralia, WA. I would commonly see a PS & P GP - 15 in the small yard just NorthWest of Blakeslee Jct. Sometimes it would be on the " Freeway " end, sometimes on the " Elma " end, visible from S/B I - 5 across the old gravel pit pond. Around 9 AM or so on weekdays.
