Pilot Rock Barnch on the UP in Oregon

Does the UP still use the branch? I saw some evidence that something has run on it, but none of it was conclusive of recent activity. From what I could see of the Kunza mill in Pilot Rock I couldn't spot any rail cars. I only viewed from public property, so could have missed any if there were some there.
