Traffic on the branch has been off and on for years. Last fall, I know they were running down one day to drop empties, and returning the next to get loads 1x per week. Sometimes more. Could be no traffic right now, its hard to predict. I did notice UP pulled the handful of cement cars they had stored on the Heppner stub back into service over the winter as well.
