Re: NTSB suspends service on Ventura line

NTSB is holding a press briefing at 7 pm PDT per the announcement below where any such announcement would usually be made. As of this writing they may still be conducting their investigation including distance measurements and reenactments to determine sun angle, etc. I would be skeptical that they need to keep the line closed beyond the time the track has been reconstructed and would not keep the line closed due to any perceived safety issue. Please share with us, if you can, where you received this information?
