In most states, anyone who purchases gasoline, eats out at restaurants and/or purchases goods in stores pays taxes. This leads one to ask, what is the threshold level of city, county, state and federal taxes someone must pay to qualify to be a "Disgusted Taxpayer" when being outraged at the costs to taxpayers when someone who is in an incorrect location is killed or seriously injured by a train?
