The Galveston RR Museum website has a post-Ike slide show. Not pretty. It looks like they got 4 or 5 feet of water inside. Outside, water was high enough to go over locomotive cab floors. A couple of tank cars tried to float off their trucks.

The slide show also shows a couple photos of the aviation museum and destruction around the Galveston airport.
