For those with an interest in scale models, European manufacture NPE has produced various models of the DeLorean time machine in HO:

The models include both non-powered rubber tired versions and a powered rail version. (Scroll down to the bottom of the page linked above.) I have the model of the basic rubber tired version, purchased from a European hobby shop.
