Winterail 2019 date?

Does anyone know what the date is for Winterail 2019? If I remember correctly, it should be the 2nd Saturday of March making it March 9th.
This year was the 3rd Saturday, but I think I saw somewhere that it was pushed back a week due to scheduling conflicts at the school.
