Slide to 06:00 for the short coverage on a the inauguration of a special tourist train with new rolling stock for students of Antiquity. I like the single seats on the left. The usual Circumvesuviana cars are covered with graffiti from top to bottom. And of course EAV(the name of the operator)gets hit with union strikes about every week.

Still this line serves one archeological site after another: Stabiae, Baiae, Puteoli and ends up at Cumae, the site of the Cave of the Sybil and the famous tunnels that look like the Krel doors in Forbidden Planet. The Campi Flegri under the watchful and smoldering eye of Vesuvius.
