Lets not get too far ahead of yourselves, as the Kentucky Steam Heritage Corp. must first raise money to PAY for that facility. CSX did NOT "donate" anything to them. They have until the end of this year to raise something like $500,000.00. It isn't quite a "done deal" yet.
