I refurbished that Leslie RS-3 for the NWP. It was owned by an employee there, but not original to the engine. When the engine was moved to the SMVRR, the RS-3 horn did not go with the engine. Someone else installed (and backwards to boot) that gawd awful sounding thing.

Notice in the video of it on the NWP, the horn is actually painted yellow and blue. On the SMVRR video, it's unpainted.
