Consider it a rhetorical question, in several ways.

You DO realize this thing arrived at Brooklyn some 15 years ago (see previous link), with significant help from Friends of SP 4449, was incredibly closer to being operable than NKP 190 at that time, and received a Daylight paint job?

Perhaps a lesson in humility, but probably not.
