Puebla used to have a 3 ft. gauge line from Mexico City. I visited San Lazaro facilities in 1969 and I remember there was at least one NdeM 2-8-0 on the property but it was already more or less at the museum level. I wonder if there is anything left now.

A great part of Latin America seems to be teetering(not new)but there seems to be a greater sense that nothing will or can improve. The chaos is bound to drift this way.
