I would take the 21 Hayes a lot just because of the better coach. It seemed to me (at 10yrs old) that the Twins were smaller all over and had a shorter turning radius. Also rode the 6 Masonic a lot and going up 9th Ave seemed to have another gear as they go going quickly up hill.
