Then and Now: The First Transcontinental Railroad (In Spokane)

A "Then And Now" article in the Spokane, WA Spokesman Review. It has aerial photos from the 1960's and current showing the NP later BN and BNSF line through downtown. In the background of the older photo you can see the UP and GN tracks and stations.

The only sour note is that in discussing the original transcontinental railroad they give credit to the UP, Central Pacific, and for some reason the Western Pacific.
