Don't even think about driving along the right of way. You will for sure get a visit from the UP police. Last time I was at Lakeside I got called in and I wasn't even on the right of way road. It's a long way from Lucin through Lakeside to Promotory. Doubt seriously if you can make it all the way without getting called in and there is no escape to get out except for Lakeside. The road is in good shape as the UP uses it all the time for maintenance and signal people.
