Dick, is Blue Cyn. exit on E/B I-80 the first normal chain - up area ???
As I recall, Blue Canyon on the Espee is the western edge of most snowfalls; the balloon track at Fulda ( used for turning snow-fighting equipment )is just a few track miles East of Blue Cyn.
