To Espee99, if the text ban is extended to bus drivers, will transit agencies have to remove the onboard passenger fare computer/cash boxes ??? Every bus I rode last weekend in the bay area ( MUNI / VTA ) had one within the driver's reach. Also, what happens to the XATA computerized log books in truck cabs ??? Many companies use these, & they are required for military munitions shipments.
