Well said Sammie; your statement also applies to Washington State's recent " Hands Free " cell phone driving law. A friend of mine, a sargeant w/ W.S.P. . has told his troopers not to waste time with this drivel. Besides it's already covered under the " Don't drive while distracted,( or with your head up your a**) " law.
