I believe it was about 1994-95 the question of obtaining the McKeen trailer in Napa came up. The children of the former homeowner wanted it removed from the backyard quickly so they could sell the house. The problem was that the car was encased in concrete that would have had to be removed in order to determine if the frame was intact or even there. I don't recall if it was the owners or museum leadership that decided it wasn't worth the effort (after all, it wasn't a trolley car!). I've heard nothing since. Does anyone know if it's still there or otherwise in existence?
