After SMART showcased the diesel multiple units operations to Santa Cruz RTC, the growth of interest with the Salinas service and TAMC's DMU project, there should be a regional project to connect both services and run them between Seaside to Davenport and in order to avoid the UP and Elkhorn slough bottleneck... I have the solution: Use the right of way and rebuild the "Pajaro Valley Consolidated Railroad".
