Here is an August 14 article including short video showing locomotive assembly. After the upside down frame and trucks are assembled, the frame is placed on the trucks and moved at a few feet an hour on its wheels as various components are installed. This speeds production and reduces inventory.

As GE sheds so many of its business lines, the GE branding remains prominent on the video.
