all of these projects are financial houses of cards held together with used bubble gum.
As to toll monies, the simple math is that bridge use pricing is among other things a way to discourage use. If you don't like gridlock,maybe you wantto fill in the bay so seveal new 8 lane freeways can be built? Or perhaps, less well paying employment in SF so fewer workers need to commute. Seems tele commuting is permanently just around the corner. but never here.
