This spinoff has been in the works for at least the last ten years and comprises UP's Clackamas Industrial Park east of the UP main currently switched Monday thru Friday by the LIL75 (old Oregon City Switcher).

OPR looked at the operation several times over the years but the declining traffic plus deferred maintenance on the track (over 25 turnouts) and several sets of crossing gates made it less and less attractive. The need to dedicate a $150,000 locomotive to the operation would have been the final nail in the coffin. Since this is a lease from UP it can only benefit the Class I as UP has big performance expectations from Progressive as a "world class industrial park" as I have heard it referred to by UP marketing folks.

While the LIL75 is primarily a nocturnal animal it can on occasion be found struggling back from Canby early Saturday morning. Once it makes its final tie-up it will mark the end of perhaps the longest operating local on the former EsPee and signal truly the "end of an era".
