I looked at it but did not see any commentary that is not already familiar to us.

If you haven't figured it out yet the near future strategy of Jerry Brown and PBCAHSR should be pretty clear by now. They plan on seeing Trump overthrown shortly by the DC functionaries and mandarins and a eunuch caretaker government returned to power. We are gradually but steadily moving towards the weak executive, parliamentary vote of confidence government model. Like Italy or Brasil.

California will make a raid on the Federal treasury and provide PB with billions to spread around amongst the usual suspects. It does not matter if the Palmdale Flyer works particularly or not - it is all about the patronage.

Vlad and Xi Ping and Kim Jong must be yukking it up.
