I didn't know about this cosmetically restored switcher until Ken's post down below.

Man, I wish more parked steam locos looked so good.

From my screen name, I'm a fan of these 0-6-0's, but I don't keep up with preservation news.

I noticed Wikipedia says there's always a possibility for future operation.
