Was down in Richmond yesterday for a service call and took some time afterwards to look at the rail lines layout nearby and in going thru the area that houses the CEMEX unloading plant and SIMS Metals, I noticed two shipping docks that had either carbon or coal comodities in huge piles and were being loaded.

Is those delivery trucks I saw going to these points hauling carbon extract from the local refineries or are those RR hopper cars parked next to the one huge pile inside of the RP yard hauling in coal for export ?

Is the service hours at the RP limited somewhat or widely varied each day ?
