Never heard of the website referred to but I don't see how UP could shut down a website that publishes the schedule or posts pictures of a train taken by drone or from public place away from the right of way. I think they'd need a court order and I doubt that any judge would grant one.
UP doesn't have enough police to prevent picture taking along the entire route and I doubt that they could get help from every local law enforcement agency along the line.
I hope someone can answer this.
