I don't see that as much around Class 1s, but in 20 years of fanning almost exclusively shortlines, the fan behavior can be nuts. I'm sure Sammie has seen it plenty, too, as these fans come in and treat active shortlines like museums, walking all over the tracks, climbing on equipment, you name it. More and more over the years it has definitely closed some doors to the responsible fans.
