Progressive Rail is moving the tank cars out that Iowa Pacific brought in for storage back in March, despite Greenway’s and Trail Now’s best efforts to keep the tank cars they contend are hazardous in Watsonville.
This is the height of hypocrisy on the part of Greenway and Trail Now. Only an imbecil would believe anything Greenway or Trail Now said.
