Well stated, J.K. Trowling. Sounds like you have been in charge of hiring for a shortline! EWG has experienced some of the hiring problems with prospective hires that you mentioned. I will state that based on my own experience, "Funnelfan" is an excellent Engineer AND Conductor. If I were in charge of hiring, I would be happy to get him.
