"Safety" has it's price.... In other words... force the carriers to invest in Positive Train Control to make a "safer" environment... what will happen??? The carriers go bankrupt, put me out of a job and everybody will complain because merchandise is not on shelves, what is there costs too much, etc...

Can't please everyone....
