UP Cascade line and FRC traffic

Took a quick Fri-Sun trip down to Willamette Pass and on to the FRC and return. Aside from BNSF traffic on the Inside Gateway, we only saw 1 UP train on the Cascade line (Lots of junk power and wood chips, Klamath Falls-Eugene train?) and ZERO UP traffic on the FRC. Is there still issues from the fires in Redding area with UP traffic? I know the FRC traffic is down, but I expected to see at least one movement in 18 hours east of Keddie.

Trucking capacity is maxxed out, UP must be having real serious issues if their traffic levels are lower than BNSF on the I5 corridor.
