Dunno, but here's a source for the upcoming DT and siding projects on LOSSAN

That's downtown, right? There's nothing on the list of big LOSSAN projects, although they got funding and are doing the new Goleta Station project and siding extension.

So who knows? There are a lot of things like tie replacement and/or "UP" maintenance/upgrades and such which don't make the "project list" for LOSSAN.

Here's the LOSSAN Business Plan (everything you ever wanted to know about LOSSAN, for when you're really bored, to read through), you'll find a map, in the Capital Improvements section, of the current projects planned and being implemented. Some of these projects have been recently completed, and several new ones were just funded, so check the LOSSAN website for the 2019 Business Plan.
