KEY HOLIDAYS ANNOUNCES OWNERSHIP CHANGE
NEWS RELEASE – (Walnut Creek, CA) September 18, 2018

Rail Yard Properties LLC, a closely-held private corporation, announced today that it purchased the assets of Walnut Creek California-based KEY HOLIDAYS and KEY TOURS INTERNATIONAL from Iowa Pacific Holdings, LLC of Chicago, Illinois effective last Friday, September 14, 2018. Terms were not disclosed. Iowa Pacific Holdings purchased this company in June 2012 from Jade Chapman, whose family founded the unique rail tour company in 1983. Chapman is the Managing Member of Rail Yard Properties LLC and has been named as President of the new Key Holidays Division.
