The only B-W locomotive to run on the SP's East Bay electric lines was the CP 200, and it didn't last there very long. After several changes of owner, which I believe included the PE, last I heard it expired in a fire on the Iowa Terminal, or one of those lines, in the 1960s. The SP 100 operated on the PE&E out of Portland, OR, and I believe this one did go to the P&SR. On the other hand, in the 1920s the SP developed a plan to electrify all switching at West Oakland, provided PG&E put up the overhead, but PG&E didn't bite.
