Ok, we are talking the Watsonville Slough bridge/culvert right? What can be the problem here? Replace the culvert with a short concrete bridge so the water flows in both directions. What is the actual problem? Fine the farmer if he did something wrong, fix the washout and get on with it. Does anyone know exactly what is going on? Besides government bs. Can’t wait until winter, and the rains, then there will be yet another washout that take another 2 years to fix. Might as well go be the line to the Village Idiot of Aptos for his bike lane....
