W&I grain train questions???

Read the earlier thread about the W&I running BNSF 110 car grain trains and have a couple of questions??? Are these trains shuttle trains to Ritzville, or will they go to the coast? Are these trains all the cars BNSF will be providing to the P&L, or will other cars be provided if shippers need them (anywhere, but Fallon comes to mind too)? Stan mentioned that the bridges were going to be strengthened to handle the bigger motive power, after the bridge work is done, will 286K cars be permitted on the line?? (When BNSF had the CW they allowed 286K, and the P&L is in better shape?) Is the W&I going to get more motive power of its own too?
(OK more than a couple of questions, got on a roll.)
