Yep it is concrete serpentine... but you know... I sure dont want to be in any of those building along I 5 when the big earthquake hits. I wonder how much of that elevated track will come down???


And to think they couldn't get people in Seattle to go along with elevated track for the new Monorail (now dead) Wonder what some of those businesses underneath Sound Transit track think of this??
