He will not support a train because he never has before, don't let him get elected!

Jimmy Dutra is not fit for office. Hitting a pedestrian is a tragedy, but leaving the scene should be a crime.

On June 28, 2010, a woman stepped began to cross Divisadero Street in San Francisco when she was run over by a Ford F-150 truck driven by James Michael Dutra, causing great bodily harm. The truck did not stop but was not able to escape detection, the driver later claiming they were looking for a place to park.

Months passed and the pedestrian victim ultimately sued Mr. Dutra on June 14, 2012. Mr. Dutra denied blame and filed on August 1, 2012 a response, the defendant "generally denies each and every allegation...". The defendant, Mr. Dutra's, response further "prays judgement as follows:
1. That Plaintiffs take nothing herein;
2. That the liability of this answering Defendant, if any, be reduced by the negligent of Plaintiffs or others;
3. For costs of suit;
4. For all other and proper relief.

Defendant Dutra continued to deny responsibility for this accident and so the case went to a jury that began hearing arguments on September 10, 2013.
On September 19, 2013, the jury returned a unanimous verdict in favor of the plaintiff, the pedestrian victim, and against the driver, defendant James Dutra, including a judgment for $91,532.54.

The woman struck by Mr. Dutra was left for dead, the driver denied responsibility and instead of allowing his insurance to cover his liability for her injuries and suffering, fought the case to the very end.

Is this leadership? An accident is one thing, leaving the victim behind and denying responsibility is just over the top.
