Looking for printouts of Emp TTs for Capitol Ltd Route

Is there any such thing as a railfan timetable covering the eastern US like Altamont TTs covered the western US? If not, can anyone send me pdfs of employee timetables covering the Capitol Limited route between Chicago and Washington DC?

Even though they are over ten years old, I still find my Altamont Railfan Timetables very useful when traveling Amtrak routes in the west. Info about sidings, detectors, mileposts, crossovers, etc. helps me make sense of what I'm hearing on the scanner.

I will be riding the Capitol Limited from Chicago to DC later this month. I'm hoping to get print outs of timetables of Norfolk Southern and CSX divisions that this train runs over. If anyone has timetables covering these divisions, any chance you can photocopy or scan and send to me?
