I neither love or hate Union Pacific. I don't blame them either.It's not about emotions. There is a certain irony that a company that made over 10 billion dollars last year discribes how well they worked with the air quality control board that was granting them 15 million dollars.Would the relationship be so warm and cozy if the air quality board was demanding UP pay 15 million dollars to upgrade there locomotives?
