Neuvo Laredo is in the "Land of the Not Quite Right", and Laredo TX isn't far behind. And there is a long running war going on between the drug cartels for the greenback dollar. Assassination are common, and shootouts happened anywhere, any time.

That said, I haven't noticed any downturn on the UP Laredo Sub. TM is going to be moving into its historical slow time come the firest of the year. But that is typical.
